Not satisfied with your Hypro purchase? You can return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Conditions for Returns.

To qualify for a refund:

The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
The product must have been purchased directly from the official Hypro store.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless it is an error on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
How to Request a Refund
Contact us via email with your order number and reason for return.
Follow the instructions we provide to return the product to us.
Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions
Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
Items marked as sale or non-returnable are not eligible for refund.
Damaged or Wrong Items.

Did you receive a damaged or wrong product? Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchange options. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
